1. Job Title: Business Manager

Responsibilities
● Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
● Onboard, establish and maintain relationships with our prospective customers and clients.
● Possess technological aptitude (Google docs, sheets,slides, jira, apps usage/experience, etc)
● Create and maintain rolling monthly or 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
● Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
● Professional, agile and able to articulate information.
● Train new employees as required.
● Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
● Project management skills
● Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
● Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material,registrations and equipment.
● Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
● Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
● Assess overall company performance.
● Must be ready to work outside regular office hours and be on hand for Saturday and/or Sunday weekly call meetings.
● Track marketing strategy results closely and create detailed reports with observation and other feedback.
● Create and execute lead generation programs.
● Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
● Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
● Auditing/Logging financial information
● Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
● Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly and liaise with the CEO to execute and plan business objectives.
● Financial literacy, analytical reasoning, and quantitative ability is key.

● Sign up unicorn (recognizable) businesses to our merchant platform app.
● Help in the onboarding process, communicate & resolve issues/tickets of customers.
● Oversee and develop strategic marketing campaigns.
● Oversee some business deliverables(Engage influencers,transaction resolution e.t.c…)

● Plan new concepts to aid marketing & sales
● Reducing churn rate by constantly communicating to customers.
● Conducting and analysing data to define and understand audience and customer behaviour.`
● Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to management to fuel growth.
● Must be ready to work outside regular office hours and be on hand for Saturday/Sunday weekly call meetings.
● Be ready to assist and work in different roles when the need arises.
● Have senior-level experience selling technology-based software and explaining the value to customers.
● Develop a working relationship with prospective unicorn businesses.
● Engage merchants/customers Face-to-face on the ground.
● Ability to sell “Phlenu Products” app benefits to even the toughest of client(s).
● Proficient with technology – Google docs, sheets, slides, jira, mobile apps or Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel,Powerpoint).
● Track marketing strategy results closely and create detailed reports with observation and other feedback.
● Create and execute lead generation programs.
● Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
● Adjust marketing deliverables as needed in response to the market.
● Assist where required in internal deliverables
● Must have a reliable mode of transportation to travel in and out of client engagement site(s) preferred but not required.
● Incorporating feedback from customers and relating them to management.

Requirements
● HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business,Marketing or other related fields.
● At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

3. Job Title: Head, Information Technology

Responsibilities

  1. Develops and implements the Group IT strategic plan and budget with prior approval from Management
  2. Create and maintain Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice.
  3. Reviews KPIs of IT staff to align with IT strategic goals and ensures continuous evaluation of performance of the team for personnel development.
  4. Manages Group infrastructure (hardware and network) to ensure effective utilisation of systems and for excellent service delivery.
  5. Advices and reports to Management on all IT network, systems and infrastructure issues by escalating problems and recommends plans for resolution.
  6. Coordinates automation of identified manual processes for improvement in service delivery and ensures timely completion.
  7. Manages organization’s relationship with IT vendors and service providers by monitoring of service standards in line with signed SLAs.
  8. Plan and manage related system environment, design, acquisition, installation, operation, system administration and maintenance of corporate hardware and related operating systems.
  9. Ensures full implementation of organization’s IT policies, programmes and procedures by conducting regular reviews on policies in order to remain compliant to IT standards.
  10. Ensures absolute security for organization’s IT systems and suggests measures for improving IT security.
  11. Develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the Group in the event of major incidents or disasters.
  12. Have oversight responsibility of all ICT projects to ensure successful implementation and value for money for the organisation.
Qualification
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related field
  • Professional Certification in IT management is essential – ITIL, Cisco, ISO/IEC 20000  an advantage
  • Certification in Information Security Management preferred
  • Project Management Certification – Prince2, PMP, Agile will be an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory role/managing IT Infrastructure and  Services (Operations, Systems and Development)
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware, software and networks, etc)
  • Proven experience in change management – IT Infrastructure and Services projects
  • Experience in controlling information technology budget
  • Experience in designing and implementing application architectures and code that are highly scalable, available, maintenance and performance
  • Experience in cloud technologies Skills
  • Must be analytical and problem solving
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Good facilitation skills
